What is SAM Labs?
SAM Labs provides everything you need to deliver the most engaging STEAM learning experience to your classroom. It seamlessly connects software and hardware with lesson plans that cover a wide variety of subjects, making learning about coding accessible, experimental, interactive and fun.
Students can use SAM Labs to design, write and debug programs, applying sequencing, selection and iteration. They will use logical reasoning to write algorithms, incorporating variables, inputs and outputs. Using the blocks and app, they will learn to control and simulate physical systems.

SAM Wireless Hardware
SAM hardware blocks are the tangible part of any SAM Labs kits. They allow students to learn specific functionalities and behaviours as each of the blocks carries different function. All of the blocks are wireless and can be connected to devices easily via Bluetooth. The hardware blocks consist of inputs and outputs.

SAM Space
A flow-based coding app which focuses on visual representations of algorithms. The app is designed to be an entry point for students to learn coding and computational thinking and is utilized in the STEAM course and Creators STEAM Kit lesson plans.
SAM Blockly
Previously known as Google Workbench, SAM Blockly is a block-based coding, a drag-and-drop coding language represented by blocks. This platform is used in the Learn to Code and the Creators Coding Kit lesson plans and can be found inside SAM Studio.
